Rental Policies & Procedures (Summary)
• Eligibility: MA driver license 21+ with 1+ year MA license.
• Deposit: $200 refundable; optional customer insurance accepted.
• Dashcam & GPS: Recording inside/outside; geofencing active for safety; video available on request.
• Late Return: 15-min grace; fees thereafter; > 2 hrs may be charged at full hourly rate.
• Fuel: Return at same level as pickup. Pickup/Return: 13 Main St Ste 10A, Franklin, MA 02038.
