Weekend Road Test Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling Authority

• The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) is solely responsible for assigning the date, time, and location of all road test exams.

• FDS has no control over RMV scheduling decisions and cannot guarantee specific dates or locations.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

• All payments made to FDS for Weekend Road Test services are non-refundable with less than 2 weeks' advance notice.

• This applies regardless of whether the student cancels, reschedules, or is unable to attend the assigned test.

3. Cancellation & Notice Requirements

• Cancellations made with less than two (2) weeks’ notice prior to the scheduled road test will result in forfeiture of the full payment.

• Students who provide at least two (2) weeks’ notice may request to reschedule, subject to RMV availability and FDS administrative approval.

• A refund will be issued provided at least two (2) weeks’ advance notice.

4. Student Responsibility

• Students must ensure they are available on the date and at the location assigned by the RMV.

• Failure to appear for the scheduled exam will be treated as a cancellation with less than two weeks’ notice.

• Students are responsible for bringing all required documentation and meeting RMV eligibility requirements on the day of the test.

5. Acknowledgment

By booking a Weekend Road Test through FDS, students acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
