Weekend Road Test Cancellation Policy
1. Scheduling Authority

The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) is solely responsible for assigning the date, time, and location of all road test exams.

FDS has no control over RMV scheduling decisions and cannot guarantee specific dates or locations.
2. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to FDS for Weekend Road Test services are non-refundable with less than 2 weeks' advance notice.

This applies regardless of whether the student cancels, reschedules, or is unable to attend the assigned test.
3. Cancellation & Notice Requirements

Cancellations made with less than two (2) weeks’ notice prior to the scheduled road test will result in forfeiture of the full payment.

Students who provide at least two (2) weeks’ notice may request to reschedule, subject to RMV availability and FDS administrative approval.

A refund will be issued provided at least two (2) weeks’ advance notice.
4. Student Responsibility

Students must ensure they are available on the date and at the location assigned by the RMV.

Failure to appear for the scheduled exam will be treated as a cancellation with less than two weeks’ notice.

Students are responsible for bringing all required documentation and meeting RMV eligibility requirements on the day of the test.
5. Acknowledgment
By booking a Weekend Road Test through FDS, students acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
